SURGERY Haemostats Artery forceps, also known as haemostatic forceps, are surgical instruments designed to squeeze and control bleeding from blood vessels during surgical procedures. Artery forceps come in different lengths and shapes. Some are straight, while others may have a bend or curve in the jaws to facilitate access to certain areas during surgical procedures.
