If KRUUSE Foam Dressing is the primary dressing apply the foam with at least one inch on healthy skin. On top of that it is also possible to apply secondary/tertiary bandage. Do not use Do not use foams on dry wounds, they might adhere to the wound. Even though the foam absorbs a lot of fluid, be aware of time between dressing changes.
